NEW YORK CITY (NBC) – Jeffrey Epstein’s death has officially been ruled a suicide by hanging.
On Friday, the New York City Medical Examiner said Epstein hanged himself in his jail cell.
Epstein was being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy.
He was found dead in his jail cell on August 10th.
Epstein’s autopsy found he suffered a broken neck bone.
