Cave Junction, Ore. – On Monday, November 14th at around 7:15 a.m., Oregon State Police troopers were dispatched to a reported hit and run crash in the area of Kerby Avenue and Shumacher Street in Cave Junction.
According to OSP, troopers found and seized a vehicle that matched witness descriptions. The victim was taken to the hospital where he died the following morning.
Troopers said the name of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
OSP troopers are continuing the investigation and will not release any further information at this time.
