SALEM, Ore. – The Rogue River Siskiyou National Forest has issued a forest health alert.
The forest said if you see these emerald-green beetles, capture or destroy them or notify your local arborist.
These are an invasive emerald ash borer and are incredibly devastating to Ash trees.
It’s suspected that their introduction came via shipping containers.
