Ashland, Ore. – Police activity is causing a traffic backup on northbound Interstate 5 behind mile-marker 16.
Medford Police said a fleeing fugitive’s vehicle was spike-stripped and crashed into a cable barrier alongside the road.
An MPD K9 unit is assisting with the apprehension.
Police have not yet released any additional details.
