Jacksonville, Ore. — A vault inside one of southern Oregon’s “National Treasures” appears to be shifting.
Interest sparked over the 154-year-old Beekman Bank in Jacksonville after a Medford historian noticed the vault was leaning.
The bank, located on California and Third Street in downtown Jacksonville is now used as a museum. The actual movement of the vault is still unknown.
