Ashland, Ore. — Hundreds of people gathered in Ashland today, for the Oregon Marijuana Business Conference.

The conference featured information on laws and future legislation as well as licensing, retail rules, and information on growing and processing.

Local businesses also set up booths, showcasing their products and services.

Organizers say this is the largest conference they’ve ever had.

“We have a variety of exhibitors ranging from insurance companies to capital groups to merchant services to dispensaries,” said producer Alex Rogers.

Representatives Peter Buckley and Ann Lininger spoke at the conference.
Over 700 people were in attendance with 150 of those coming from out of state. Tickets were between 150 to 250 dollars, this is the second year of the conference.
