Josephine County District Attorney Ryan Mulkins resigning

GRANTS PASS, Ore. – Josephine County’s leading criminal prosecutor is resigning.

Oregon Governor Kate Brown announced District Attorney Ryan Mulkins plans to resign by September 30, 2019.

Mulkins joined the county’s office as a deputy D.A. in 2007. He was appointed as district attorney by then-Governor John Kitzhaber in 2015 to replace Stephen Campbell, who was resigning.

Governor Brown will be in charge of hiring the next district attorney for Josephine County.
