Talent, Ore. – The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called Thursday morning to assist the Talent Police Department with a vehicle pursuit on Payne Road.
Deputies said the driver of the vehicle eventually crashed the car, injuring three passengers. The driver then fled on foot.
JSCO said K9 “Remco” and his handler found the driver, identified as 51-year-old Michael Allen Naylor, hiding in tall grass nearby.
Naylor was lodged at the Jackson County Jail on numerous charges, including attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of methamphetamine, and criminal mischief.
