Caldwell, Idaho. — A first time skydiver from Klamath Falls survived a mid-air mishap. The sky-diver was jumping in Caldwell, Idaho.
He and an instructor jumped from 16,000 feet. Their main chute tangled at 2,500 feet, forcing them to pull the emergency chute.
They landed safely in a Walmart parking lot.
Instructor Michael Sousa said, “He did really good, he was really happy, he wants to go skydiving again, definitely didn’t deter him at all; we landed safely and that’s all that matters.”
