MEDFORD, Ore. – Lithia Motors is expanding its footprint in downtown Medford.
Lithia purchased the Sam Jennings Company property just north of its headquarters on Bartlett Street.
Lithia’s been looking to acquire the lot at 4th and Riverside for years.
Mark DeBoer, the company’s vice president of real estate, says Lithia plans to offer staff more parking there.
Other expansion plans are also being discussed, including a possible art installation.
