MEDFORD, Ore. – A prominent Medford criminal defense attorney is facing charges of his own.
Medford police say 37-year-old Justin Rosas was arrested on the afternoon of July 4th.
He’s charged with DUII, hit and run, and criminal mischief.
Rosas was previously arrested in 2008 on drug charges in Kentucky.
According to the Oregon State Bar Association, he’s practiced law in the state since 2007.
