Medford, Ore. — Home sales for both Jackson and Josephine counties are down, but the prices they are selling at are way up.

For the sales quarter of December through February, home prices in Jackson County are up 6 percent. That’s according to the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors.

There are also about 16 percent fewer homes on the market compared to last year.

In Josephine County, home prices are up anywhere from 10 to 26 percent from last year depending on location.
