20-year-old Erric Fisher pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and DUII after a crash killed on of his passengers and severely injured another back in April of last year near Cave Junction. Fisher was 19-years-old at the time of the crash.
Fisher had been scheduled to be sentenced earlier this month but did not appear, prompting a warrant to be issued for his arrest. The Josephine County DA’s office says Fisher will spend three years and 10 months in prison with three years parole and will pay nearly $4,900 in fines.
