Cave Junction, Ore. — A woman facing two-dozen counts of animal cruelty charges was in court on Tuesday. 65-year-old Kandi Crow has already been convicted twice on similar charges.

In 2012, officers found the Cave Junction woman with 257 animals living on her property. At that time she was convicted on 44 counts of second degree animal abuse.

Oregon Live reports that Crow was convicted of abuse again after being found with 12 animals, including miniature horses, some of them unable to get to food or water.

Her trial is expected to finish on Thursday.
