Medford, Ore. — Charges were filed Friday against the couple Medford Police say charged them with a truck.
Medford Police say the pair led them on a chase on March 6th and that officers started shooting after the suspects rammed an undercover police car.
Wayne Eugene Pearson is being charged with multiple counts including assault in the 2nd degree, attempted assault one and much more.
Shavon Willard is charged with possession of meth and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The pair will be arraigned on the new charges Monday.
