DEVELOPING: Medford Police investigate two possible shootings

Medford, Ore. — Medford Police are investigating two shootings at local restaurants, 15 minutes apart. Just before 7 PM on Saturday night, officers were called to Noho’s Hawaiian Cafe on McAndrews for a broken window, and possible shot fired.

When officers arrived, they located a hole in the window. Authorities estimate 50 people were in the restaurant at the time. No one was injured.

Officers searched the scene, but could not locate any shell casings or a bullet inside the restaurant. Police say it’s not clear if the gun used was a pellet, BB, or real firearm.

While officers were at Noho’s, a second call came in from Jimmy John’s in the Medford Center, to report a similar incident. Officers responded and found a bullet hole in the window of the restaurant. No one at that location was injured.

Police are investigating both incidents.
