Jacksonville, Ore. — Beerworks in downtown Medford is expanding west. Their second tasting room opens in Jacksonville June 2nd on Oregon Street.
The new location will be a bit smaller than the one on East Main Street in Medford. They’ll have 12 constantly rotating beers on tap, as well as 150 brews to choose from the cooler. Owner Chris Dennett spent some of his childhood in Jacksonville and is glad to be back.
“We’re really excited to be part of what’s going on out here, to be supportive of Britt, to be supportive of other businesses around, and just kind of be a piece of the action out here and we think we’ve got something to add to it,” Dennett said.
Beerworks grand opening in Jacksonville is Thursday at 2:00. They’ll feature Mazama Brewing from Corvallis from 5:00 to 8:00.
