Aformer Medford chiropractor, charged for sexually abusing a client at a clinic here in town, has assaulted another woman…this time in hillsboro.
Robert Tallman, formerly of Medford, pled guilty to felony kidnapping, coercion, unlawful use of a weapon, and menacing in Washington County Circut Court Wednesday.
The charges stem from his actions against another female victim.
Tallman was charged with third degree sex abuse in 2010 for assaulting a woman at a chiropractic clinic on riverside avenue.
He was also sued for $750, 000 dollars and ordered to register as a sex offender.
Tallman’s sentencing date for the new charges has not been set.
