Siskiyou County, Ore. –Deputies say a woman whose car was found submerged in a creek Wednesday morning has been found safe.
The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office says law enforcement responded to a crash with a car underwater near Dillon Creek Bridge at State Highway 96.
Deputies say the dive team did not find anyone in the submerged vehicle but found personal items of the registered owner in the area.
Search and Rescue searched the near by terrain for Pamela Ames and found her today in rugged terrain at the bottom of a steep embankment.
She went to the hospital for treatment
