Geese stop traffic in Medford, numerous calls to police

Medford, Ore. — The question normally goes, why did the chicken cross the road? In this case, it was geese that had Medford drivers wondering. Around 9 AM Saturday morning, Medford Police began receiving calls about Canadian Geese disrupting traffic near Barnett road and Highway 99.

A Community Service Officer arrived shortly after, and herded the geese into the Wells Fargo parking lot. The group stayed for a moment, before wandering into a nearby field.
