Gov. Kitzhaber Proposes Education “Achievement Compact”

Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber and his Education Team are taking a big step to change education in Oregon.

The team wants the Legislature to require every school district and community college to sign a yearly “achievement compact”– spelling out key results the school will try to deliver.

Of course, we’ll continue to follow this story as it develops.
