UPDATE: Astand-off situation has come to an end with no injuries to reportnear downtown Grants Pass, Monday.
Police were called to 2nd and D streets earlyin themorning around 6.
Grants Pass Department of Public Safety says they wanted to talk to Daniel Hlavinka, Jr., 24, about arecentshooting and burglary incident back on April 23rd.
When the SWAT team arrived, they had to negotiate with the suspect.
Hours later, Hlavinka was arrested and charges are nowpending.
