Grants Pass, Ore. — About half a dozen people protested the recent decision to ban outdoor growing of marijuana and marijuana dispensaries in Grants Pass until a vote.
The protesters say the decision hurts the city’s economic development and the city won’t be eligible for tax refunds.
Voters in Grants Pass will get the chance to say yes or no to marijuana dispensaries during the November 2016 election.
