Grants Pass, Ore. — Alert citizens are being thanked for helping locate two people who snatched a 73-year-old woman’s purse.
We first told you about the crime last Wednesday when an elderly woman at the Grants Pass Walmart had her purse snatched and was drug by the getaway car; she only had minor injuries, but the suspects got away.
Using surveillance video, Grants Pass Public Safety narrowed down a description of a vehicle and on Tuesday some alert residents spotted the car at Griffin Park.
Detectives arrested 50-year-old Grants Pass resident Jeffrey ONeal and his daughter, 22-year-old Amanda ONeal.
