In-N-Out building permits approved for Medford location

Medford, Ore. — The building permits have been approved and construction on Oregons first In-N-Out has begun.

NBC5 News first told you about In-N-Out’s plans to build a new restaurant right in front of the Rogue Valley Mall where the Shell Gas Station stands, last fall.

It will be the first In-N-Out in the state of Oregon.

The restaurant is expected to open later this year.
