If you didn’t file a 2009 federal tax return, time is running out to claim part of the $917 million the IRS is holding.
The IRS says over 980,000 people who didn’t file in 2009 could receive a refund over $500 dollars!
There is no penalty for filing a late return if you qualify for a refund, but it must be filed by April 15.
