Klamath Falls, Ore. – A Klamath Falls teen awaiting trial for murder has been charged in connection with a second homicide.
Klamath County District Attorney Rob Patridge says 19 year old Seth James Cunningham was charged Monday with the murder of Tyler Devore Nelson…
“The grand jury indicted Seth Cunningham for a murder that occurred on the O.C.&E. trail on November 13th of 2014.”
Tyler Nelson died from multiple gunshot wounds, the case was never closed.
D.A. Patridge says several factors led to Cunningham’s identification as a suspect…
“A variety of things. witnesses came forward, people came forward. Over the years, sometimes people talk.”
Cunningham was arrested in December of last year for the murder of 21 year old Aaron Andrews.
Police say Cunningham shot Andrews 3 times, Cunningham was later identified by witnesses.
A tentative trial date of October 5th has been set for Cunningham in connection with the Andrews homicide.
