Kyron Horman’s Mother To Sue For Custodial Interference

The mother of Kyron Horman, the Portland boy who went missing almost 2 years ago, is planning to file a civil lawsuit against the boy’s step-mother.

Desiree Young, the biological mother of Kyron, is accusing Terri Horman of custodial interference.

Police say she was the last person to see Kyron before he went missing back in 2010.

Under Oregon law, custodial interference involves keeping a person from their legal custodian “permanently or for a protracted period.”

Police are still trying to locate Kyron.
