Landslide warnings in Curry County

20125E00-KRRNUCurry County, Ore. — A flood watch is in effect for the Curry County coast starting at 10 Wednesday night.

The National Weather Service says the expected rainfall could trigger landslides and debris flows in the county.

Structures and roads below steep slopes are at the most serious risk of slides.

The Oregon Department of Geology says people travelling should use caution and be aware of their surroundings.

The flood watch ends tomorrow afternoon.
