Local Lowe’s lends a helping hand to CASA of Jackson County

Lowes HerosMedford, Ore. — Local Lowes Home Improvement employees spent Thursday morning offering a helping hand at CASA of Jackson County.

The local advocate group, which stands for court appointed special advocates for children, has a stockpile of donations for the kids they serve and they desperately needed a place to store it all.

That’s why Lowe’s in Medford stepped in with their ‘Heroes Helps Program’. They donated and installed brand new shelving and storage units in the Medford CASA office.

“They came in designed, measured and concepted the entire idea for these closets we have,” said Wenonoa Spivak from CASA of Jackson County.

“Lowes motto is to help people love where they live and I think we accomplished that today,” said Jasen Troxcliar from Lowe’s.

Each month Lowe’s employees donate their time to help a local organization.
