Crescent City, Calif. — As jury selection begins in his sex abuse trial a Northern California man pleads guilty to sex abuse.
The Del Norte County District Attorney says Chris Renner pleaded guilty Monday to several charges related to the sexual abuse of an underage boy from 1997 through 1999.
Renner was arrested in Mendocino County on the charges in February. He faces 10 years in state prison and is not eligible for probation.
Renner will be sentenced on October 20th.
