Medford, Ore. –Medford police arrested a man, after they say he fired a gun into the air in downtown Medford Saturday night.
Officers said Aaron Johnson, 40, was caught on surveillance video, firing a shot into the air near Howiee’s on Front.
MPD said when officers tried to take him into custody, Johnson resisted arrest, and the gun fell out of his pocket during the struggle.
No one was injured in the shooting. Johnson was arrested for firing a weapon without permit, and resisting arrest.
