Medford, Ore. — A Rogue Valley who pleaded guilty to attempting to blow up an Ashland pizzeria, is sentenced to time served and probation.
Brian Morris pleaded guilty in October to attempt to commit a felony.
Police said Morris and Mark McAlister conspired to break a natural gas line inside McAlister’s Ashland Little Caesars franchise, and left a candle near the leak in an attempt to destroy it.
In an interview with police, Morris claimed McAlister offered him $10,000 to do it. McAlister was found not guilty on all charges last week.
