Medford, Ore. — Bicyclist is charged with a DUII after a truck ends up running over his leg.
Medford Police say 52-year-old John McTiernan had a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit when he fell off his bicycle next to a truck.
Police say the truck partially ran over his leg, prompting McTiernan to ask the driver to fork over some cash to make the situation go away.
Instead, the driver called police who arrested McTiernan.
