Medford Police Detectives have located nearly $30,000 worth of stolen construction equipment.
The equipment was reported stolen on June 3rd and on Tuesday police arrested Sky Shipman on charges of theft.
During the arrest on the 3600 block of Leland Road, police found an additional $40,000 worth of stolen merchandise.
Detectives also located cocaine, heroin and 38 firearms, all of which were seized.
Shipman was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
