Glendale, Ore. — A Douglas County man has been found safe after he was reported missing from a care facility in Glendale.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says they searched the care facility and surrounding area that 47-year-old Harold Olmstead lived in on Tuesday morning but couldn’t find him.
An alert was sent to businesses and residents in the area around 1pm.
The sheriff’s office announced Wednesday morning that Olmstead had apparently traveled to Grants Pass and was at the Veteran’s Administration Facility. He is said to be in good condition.
