Conditions in Medford on Monday morning were cold, but no significant moisture came. On the Siskiyou Pass, ice was visible and close to 3 inches of packed snow was on the side of the road. Some semi truck drivers even had to wait the storm out. In places like Brookings, close to 2 inches fell but melted by mid-morning.
