People in Sweet Home, Oregon definitely know how to get dirty!
Hundreds of people gathered in Sweet Home on Saturday to play in the mud. The event is known as Mud Fest.
It looks like a bunch of people driving big trucks through tons of mud and that’s exactly what it is. The festival started back in 1969 at a reservoir. Now, Mud Fest is on a farm just outside of Sweet Home.
Brandon Greco said, “You can’t see one person out here right now. Even these guys that are stuck over here they’re still smiling. They’re still having a good time. You guys having fun”
Attendees must follow the rules of the event and buy a ticket to attend but getting a ticket wasn’t easy. Ticket holders said they were sold out within ten minutes of going on sale.
