Ashland, Ore. — Founded in Ashland, Noble Coffee is taking home top honors for a third time, in five years.
In a blind taste test, Noble Coffee’s Ethiopian blend “Schilcho” placed third for the best northwest coffee and seventeenth in the country against all coffee roasters.
The company has won two other awards for different varieties of coffee and say the “Schilcho” blend will be available for seasons to come; founder and president of Noble Coffee started out in a household garage and is now solely based in Ashland.
