Chiloquin, Ore. — Troopers are investigating a fatal crash twenty miles north of Chiloquin.
Oregon State Police says a 1969 Chevy Corvette was travelling north on Highway 97 Sunday afternoon when the driver tried to pass slower traffic.
The driver, 64-year-old Robert Johnson of Bend, lost control and left the road.
The car rolled and ejected Johnson, he was pronounced dead on scene.
OSP says speed may have been a contributing factor.
