Winter weather continuing to wreak havoc on our region… this as a busy holiday weekend of travel kicked off Friday. ODOT shut down Interstate-5 southbound late in the afternoon… but before that trucks weren’t even allowed through… as blizzard conditions in Northern California created problems.
