Chiloquin, Ore. — A trial date of January 5th is scheduled for a Chiloquin man charged with murder.
37 year old Joshua Brown is accused of shooting and killing 32 year old David Costa in June of 2013.
Costa was found dead inside his home on Sundance Drive; investigators say costa died from a single gunshot wound to the head.
Brown has plead not guilty to the charges, no murder weapon has been found.
A trial readiness hearing will be held December 29th.
