Tuesday’s shooting in Medford marks fourth shooting in over a month

shootingMedford, Ore. — The shooting in west Medford on Tuesday evening marked the fifth shooting since July and the fourth in a little over a month.

On September 9th shots rang out at the corner of Edwards and Niantic streets from a white truck.

Then a week later, on September 16th, there was a shooting on the 1000 block of Narregan Street. Just 4 days later, bullets flew into a home with children inside on the 800 block of Narregen Street.

Police are still looking for 17-year-old Tyler Sandoval who is believed to be involved in the September 16th shooting.

Police say the other outstanding suspect, 18-year-old Santiago Flores-Loveland was arrested in California last week.

And if you go back just a few month’s police are also still searching for 19-year-old Geno King who’s suspected of being involved in a shooting on July 30th that injured one woman’s leg. That was on south Columbus Avenue.
