Ore. — Two Southern Oregon Macy’s are closing after a disappointing holiday season.
The company says the stores in the Pony Village Mall in North Bend and the Roseburg Valley Mall will shut their doors soon.
The Roseburg Macy’s will begin its clearance sale next Monday, January 11th. Macy’s says it also plans to make several cuts across all its 770 stores throughout the country.
The total number of layoffs nationwide is expected to be more than 2,100 jobs.
