But it took an an hour long stand off with police to get him out peacefully, they even had to bust a window to get him out.
Linder was arraigned on charges stemming back to 2012 for manslaughter, an attempt to elude charge from 2014, and a rape charge from July.
His bail is set at more than $3 million dollars. His pre-trial conference is January 11th.
