Washington, Oregon considered COVID-19 “red zone” states, White House report says

(KATU) Oregon and Washington are now considered “red zone” states according to The White House Coronavirus Task Force. In the last three weeks, we have gone from the neighborhood of 600 cases on a daily basis to the 2000+ range in the last week. This is an explosion happening in the state of Washington, Governor Jay Inslee said. It’s that explosion that landed Washington in this spot.
