Ahomeless man accused of setting a fire in the Ashland Plaza early Monday morning was in court for anarraignment Tuesday.
Raymond Lee Wilson screamed incoherently in his hearing, prompting prosecutors to question the man’s mental health.
Wilson is facing 13 charges including five counts of first-degree arson.
Wednesdaymorning, he remains in the Jackson County Jail on $200,000 bail.
