The cities of Medford, Ashland, Phoenix and Talent were all sitting under a wind advisory on Tuesday.
Just before 2:00 a.m. Tuesday morning wind gusts in Ashland were recorded up to 40mph in the Rogue Valley.
Residents made sure to bundle up before they stepped outside. The good news, the winds are expected to subside by Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.
