Douglas County, Ore. — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Anthony Haney from Winston was arrested and lodged on several rape charges on Thursday.
Officials say the arrest comes following an investigation of a reported sex crime involving Haney and a 15-year-old female from Douglas County. Officials say the investigation involved reported sex crimes, as well as possible crimes committed via cellular phones and social media.
Haney is lodged in the Douglas County Jail on four counts of rape in the third degree and two counts of sodomy in the third degree.
