Chiloquin, Ore. — A Klamath County woman is in jail on charges including first degree assault. Police say 43-year-old Roberta Lee Black tried to run over two people Friday night in Chiloquin.
Black is also accused of crashing into a car, a tree, and a church while driving drunk in a car she borrowed without permission. Other charges against Black include reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and failure to perform the duties of a driver.
